New draft

The draft pool is every eligible row from your configured rankings (name, rank, team, position; optional ADP). A public ADP JSON file supplies ADP only: each ranking row is fuzzy-matched by name, position, and team. On a match, that ADP is used; otherwise the row's ADP when present; otherwise rank is used as ADP. If the rankings feed is unavailable, the pool falls back to the ADP list only (smaller list). Optional CSV overrides ranks: rows are fuzzy-matched to the current pool; matched players keep pool ADP. CSV rows with no match are still added with ADP equal to rank. K and DST rows in the sheet are ignored. Required headers: name or player, position, team, rank (or overall). Legacy: adp column is accepted only as a stand-in for rank when rank is empty.

Snake order is standard (odd rounds forward, even rounds reverse).
